Crypto OptiTrend

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Crypto OptiTrend (the “App”), developed by Aurevex Systems, handles information when you use the App. It also describes third-party services integrated into the App.

2. Information handled by the App

Information stored locally on your device

The App may store the following settings locally so that your preferences are remembered:

• selected market and timeframe;
• chart zoom, position, vertical scale, and fullscreen preferences;
• signal-arrow, trade-level, and alert settings;
• technical state used to prevent duplicate local alerts;
• subscription-access status returned by Google Play.

This locally stored information is not uploaded to a developer-operated server. It can normally be removed by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

Account information

The App does not require user registration, a username, or a password.

3. Advertising and consent

The FREE version uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google settings, Google and its partners may process information such as:

• advertising identifiers;
• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device, operating-system, and app information;
• ad impressions, clicks, and interaction data;
• diagnostics, fraud-prevention, and security information.

The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to request and manage advertising consent. You can change applicable privacy choices through the App’s privacy options or your device/Google settings.

The PRO version is designed to remove in-app advertising while PRO access remains active.

4. Google Play Billing

Monthly and yearly PRO subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Aurevex Systems does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Google Play may provide the App with purchase status, product information, and a purchase token so the App can verify and restore PRO access.

5. Market data

The App connects to third-party public market-data services, including Binance endpoints, to retrieve cryptocurrency and gold-related chart data. These providers may process ordinary connection information such as your IP address, request time, requested symbol/timeframe, and device/network metadata according to their own privacy policies.

The App does not send trading-account credentials or place orders.

6. Signal notifications

If you enable alerts, the App may request permission to send notifications after a candle confirms a new BUY or SELL signal while the App is open. This release does not run a foreground or background monitoring service. Alert preferences and duplicate-prevention state are stored locally. Notification permission can be disabled in Android settings.

7. Permissions

Depending on the Android version and enabled features, the App may request or use:

• internet and network-state access for live market data and ads;
• notification permission for BUY/SELL signal notifications;
• Google advertising ID permission for AdMob in the FREE version.

8. Data sharing

Aurevex Systems does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by integrated service providers only as needed to provide advertising, consent management, subscriptions, market data, security, fraud prevention, and technical operation.

9. Data retention and deletion

Local App preferences remain on your device until you clear App data or uninstall the App. Subscription and transaction records are retained by Google according to Google’s policies and legal obligations. Advertising and market-data providers determine retention for data they process under their respective policies.

10. Children

Crypto OptiTrend is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

11. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the App and locally stored settings. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Financial-information disclaimer

The App provides technical market information for educational and analytical purposes. It is not personalized financial advice and does not guarantee future performance. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the App, legal requirements, or integrated services change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
